Kochi Munnar Thekkady Alleppey kumarakom 7 nights & 8 days

Day 1: Kochi

On arrival at Kochi, Arrival at the airport and transfer to Kochi. Check into the hotel. Kochi (colonial name Cochin) is a vibrant city situated on the south-west coast of the Indian peninsula in the breathtakingly scenic and prosperous state of Kerala, hailed as ‘God’s Own Country’. Informally, Cochin is also referred to as the Gateway to Kerala. Sightseeing attractions include Fort Cochin Beach, Mattancherry Palace, Wellington Island, Chinese Fishing Net, Jewsish Synagogue, etc.

Day 2: Kochi – Munnar (140 Km-4hrs)

Check out at 10 00 clock and proceed for to Munnar enjoying the stunning panoramic view of the Cardamom hills & green carpets of tea plantation en route. On arrival, check in at Hotel/ Resort. Spend the rest of the day at leisure trekking around the estate. Overnight stay at Munnar.

Day 3: Munnar

A morning sight seeing trip of Munnar; visiting the Mattupetty Dam & Dairy Farm, Eco point and Kundala etc… Rest of the day at leisure and enjoy another overnight stay at your hotel.

Day 4: Munnar – Thekkady (130 km-4 hrs)

After breakfast, check out from the Hotel & proceed to the wildlife sanctuary at Periyar/Thekkady and check in at the Hotel/Resort. Go on an evening game viewing cruise on the Periyar Lake. Here you will be able to see a large variety of wildlife, which include elephants, monkeys, deer, wild boar etc, and quite a lot of unique birds can also be spotted. Later, come back to the hotel; relax & enjoy your stay overnight.

Day 5: Thekkady

Morning after breakfast full day is at Leisure, enjoy the facilities at the resort, Dinner and overnight stay at the resort

Day 6: Thekkady Alleppey (160 km)

After morning breakfast, check out at 08 00 clock and proceed to Alleppey. Check in at the houseboat. Enjoy the magic of backwater by going on a Houseboat (Kettuvallam) cruise across the backwaters. Spend the next 22 hours in your floating villa. Enjoy the backwaters of Kerala by getting a glimpse of the village life at close quarters; a unique and unforgettable experience. Enjoy the sunset & stay overnight on the houseboat.

Day 07: Alleppey Kumarakom

After breakfast, check out from the hotel (10.00 am) .You will be driven to Kumarakom (50 kms). On arrival check at the hotel, The village of Kumarakom is a cluster of little islands on the Vembanad Lake, and is part of the Kuttanad region, In the evening you can go for a Sunset cruise (optional) or enjoy the beauty of backwater by just relaxing near the Vembanadu Lake, overnight stay at Kumarakom.

Day 08: Kumarakom Kochi

Check out at 12 00 noon, you will be transferred to Kochi airport as per the flight timings. Tour Ends.
